Executive office suites on the 1st floor of building B range from 120 to 170 square feet. They include a shared kitchen, shared rest room and conference room for up to 6 people with a 34" TV supporting HDMI access. Maintenance is included in all common areas. Executive Suites can be rented furnished or unfurnished. Tenants can choose options for Wi-Fi and Voice Edge phones that allow for calls to be transferred to any number for any suite. A Virtual Secretary will then send calls to a tenant's phone and take messages.

Three adjacent buildings make up the Bonita Professional Park commercial office building complex. Building A in the southern part of the complex, consists of upper and lower level offices. Bonita Professional Park is conveniently located at the heart of Bonita Springs Florida just off 41 at Bonita Crossings Blvd and less than 1/2 mile Southwest of Bonita Beach Road.   • Utilities and Maintenance include electric, HVAC, water and common area janitorial service.
  • Listing in Lobby may include tenant's name or business at the cost of $50.
  • Parking spaces are allocated for each executive suite tenant.
  • Lease Terms and Renewals are as defined within the lease agreement.
  • Smoking is permitted in designated areas outside the building only.
  • Vehicle types in designated parking areas are defined with lease agreements.
