General Leasing Terms and Conditions

  • Signage for leased space must be approved in writing and is at the tenant's sole cost and expense.
  • Tenant Build Out is subject to plans and specifications approved in writing by Landlord, and at Tenant’s sole cost and expense.
  • Permitted Use of the property is as approved and defined within the lease agreement.
  • Lease Terms and Renewals are as defined within the lease agreement.
  • Smoking is permitted in designated areas outside the building only.
  • Vehicle types in designated parking areas are defined with lease agreements.

Executive Suites Leasing Terms

  • Base Rental Rate is a flat fee based on square footage and options selected for Wi-Fi, phone and furnishings. Sales tax and refundable security deposit is additional.
  • Permitted Use of the property is as approved and defined within the lease agreement.
  • Shared Conference Room may be scheduled for quiet activities and may not exceed 7 hours/week.
  • Phones and Phone Lines are the responsibility of the tenant unless selecting phone service options.
  • Utilities and Maintenance include electric, HVAC, water and common area janitorial service.
  • Listing in Lobby may include tenant's name or business at the cost of $50.
  • Lease Terms and Renewals are as defined within the lease agreement.
